Willow Street Carriage House & Garage

Energy efficiency began at the very start of this project! This entire carriage house and garage is supported on a high-density polystyrene foundation to aid in the isolation of moisture and low ground temperature that typically radiate up into a building. Tippets / Weaver served as the architect on this amazing project. An incredible 16’ sliding by-pass door by Tradewood Windows and Doors opens the Landis Woodworks kitchen to the outdoor pool area.
